Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Vision 2026 Technical Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technologies.
- Design highly scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the architectural review process for all major platform initiatives, ensuring best practices in security and performance.
- Bridge the gap between Machine Learning teams and core infrastructure to deploy AI-native applications efficiently.
- Mentor and develop a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate disruptive technologies (e.g., Web3, Edge AI) into our core stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of designing systems for high availability, disaster recovery, and security compliance.
- Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks) is a major plus.
