Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectural frameworks for AI-driven applications.
- Lead the migration to quantum-ready cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define product requirements.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and system reliability.
- Mentor and coach junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct technical research to evaluate emerging technologies like Neural Networks and Edge Computing.
- Drive technical decision-making processes and architectural reviews.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of shipping innovative products to market.
