- Lead research and development initiatives in emerging fields, including Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Web3.
- Oversee the architectural design of scalable, high-performance systems that can handle future demands.
- Drive the adoption of innovative software development methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical visions and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations or product launches.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
