Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready tech roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and immersive technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop prototype solutions for emerging market needs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive innovation sprints with global R&D teams in Boston, Berlin, and Singapore
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing commercialization plans for frontier technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 technology journal
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
