- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and carbon-neutral innovation
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for pilot programs
- Mentor a team of 5-7 engineers and researchers
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching 3+ enterprise-grade tech products
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience securing $10M+ in venture funding or R&D budgets
- Published author in top-tier tech journals (IEEE, Nature Tech)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, C++, or Rust)
