Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track technology adoption ROI and competitive positioning
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory changes impacting future tech deployment
- Foster partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization or product development
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum algorithms, neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar strategic credentials preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology strategy implementation
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
