Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and assess market readiness for 2026+ innovations
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating quantum computing and AI into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with business objectives
- Create technology roadmaps prioritizing sustainable and ethical implementation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Innovation Lab
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with focus on emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, Tech Strategy certification)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- MSc/MBA in Technology Management or related field preferred
