- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on technology adoption priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Track record of developing successful technology adoption strategies
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFS) strongly preferred
