You'll lead high-stakes initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human augmentation while ensuring alignment with our ESG commitments and market expansion goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and pilot emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to the board and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech implementation standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of commercializing next-gen technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, or climate tech
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from Institute for the Future)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite and board levels
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
