Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with company vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess market viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product concepts and service offerings
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future technology solutions
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic initiative success and ROI
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching successful future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic planning a plus
