Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology roadmap targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neuro-interfaces, synthetic AI)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech verticals (Web4.0, biotech integration, climate tech)
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board with ROI-driven frameworks
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with measurable impact metrics
- Mentor technical leaders in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Certified in Strategic Technology Management (STM) or equivalent
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives with measurable outcomes
