Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with global sustainability and innovation goals
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, AGI, decentralized networks) for competitive advantage
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies with $500M+ market potential
- Collaborate with UN Sustainable Development Goals task force on tech-for-good initiatives
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board of directors quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Engineering with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate modeling
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or venture funding >$50M
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Q#) and ML frameworks
- Strategic advisory experience with Fortune 500 CTOs or government tech councils
