Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential (quantum, bio-computing, neuromorphic systems)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Conduct technology impact assessments on market disruption scenarios
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology adoption
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or metaverse architecture
- Experience building innovation roadmaps for 3-5 year horizons
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
