Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives from concept to market
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large innovation budgets
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
