Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trends
- Lead horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging disruptive technologies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for next-gen product opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, Web3, synthetic biology, quantum computing
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) strongly preferred
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic roadmaps required
