Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years applying foresight methodologies in corporate or consulting environments
- Proven track record translating trend analysis into commercial innovation strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking frameworks
- Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI
