- Design strategic frameworks for ethical adoption of exponential technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Produce thought leadership content positioning Horizon as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or technology consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of developing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFCS preferred)
