Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop data-driven innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and strategic foresight methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging socio-technological paradigms
- Drive cross-functional alignment around innovation priorities and resource allocation
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio of published futurism work or innovation frameworks
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation cycles
