Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech innovations
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology paradigms
- Guide cross-functional teams in implementing future-proof business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-level audiences and global forums
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published work in innovation journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio of successful innovation initiatives launched in the past 5 years
