As a key member of our Global Strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives and R&D pioneers to identify paradigm shifts, develop foresight frameworks, and translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps. You'll lead high-stakes innovation sprints and champion next-generation initiatives that redefine industries.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and socioeconomic shifts to map 2026+ landscapes
- Develop foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Translate complex trend analysis into strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Champion emerging technologies through stakeholder engagement and change management
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing foresight methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and socio-technical systems
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Portfolio of published future trend analyses or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Copenhagen Institute)
