Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and societal trends to forecast market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-focused solutions
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Quantify ROI of emerging technologies and recommend investment priorities
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, conferences, and industry reports
- Mentor innovation teams in applying foresight methodologies to product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Strong project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
