Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company's 2026 strategic innovation framework
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, AGI) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing moonshot innovation projects
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of futurists, VCs, and academic institutions
- Champion design thinking methodologies across R&D divisions
- Measure and report KPIs on innovation ROI and market disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio of successfully incubated ventures or patents
