Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to identify high-impact opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Produce annual future-readiness reports with quantifiable forecasts
- Design ethics-by-default protocols for emerging technologies
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout paradigm-shifting startups
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Certification in scenario planning or horizon scanning methodologies
