Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 market transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into actionable business strategies
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market opportunities and risks through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with proven ability to translate complex concepts
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published author or frequent speaker at industry conferences
- Experience leading remote, multicultural teams in agile environments
