Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social/economic trends and develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Design and lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive futures
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through data modeling and predictive analytics
- Author executive-ready trend reports and innovation roadmaps for board-level decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into R&D pipelines and go-to-market strategies
- Establish cross-industry foresight networks and maintain cutting-edge knowledge of futurist methodologies
- Drive cultural transformation by embedding future-thinking practices across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, MBA, or related quantitative field
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling platforms
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: quantum computing, biotech convergence, AI ethics
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) strongly preferred
