Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients facing disruption in 3-5 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-readiness strategies
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Reports' with predictive market analysis and opportunity maps
- Advolve startup ecosystems and academic institutions to identify breakthrough innovations
- Design resilience protocols for supply chains and workforce models in volatile futures
- Present strategic recommendations at global forums and client board meetings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or trend analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation topics
- Experience with futures simulation tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) strongly preferred
