Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making across tech, sustainability, and social domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models
- Produce strategic whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in quantum computing, biotech, and AI ethics
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling, trend extrapolation, and weak-signal detection
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences

- Deep knowledge of global megatrends (demographics, climate tech, neurotech)
