Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Vision, aligning technological capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead the Research & Development (R&D) division to identify and prototype breakthrough technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and GenAI.
- Collaborate with the C-suite to prioritize strategic initiatives and allocate R&D budgets effectively.
- Establish a forward-looking talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier engineers and futurists.
- Monitor global technology trends and geopolitical factors to mitigate risks and identify new market opportunities.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to next-generation architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director or VP level).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI, Cloud Computing, and IoT.
- Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
