- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Drive R&D initiatives for next-gen products with $5M+ annual budget oversight
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor technical teams on emerging tech adoption and agile methodologies
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 tech horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, strategy, or product development with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record launching at least two market-disrupting products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with executive/board experience
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business required
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends (patents, journals, keynotes)
