Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives specifically targeting the 2026 market trends and capabilities.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure ML pipelines and cloud architectures using AWS/Azure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of ML Engineers and Data Scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve in Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive analytics to drive product differentiation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into business strategies for executive leadership and product managers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to anticipate industry shifts and align technical roadmaps with long-term business goals.
