Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models designed for the 2026 tech landscape.
- Lead a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists in a hybrid environment.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to define AI product roadmaps and technical strategies.
- Optimize existing neural networks for latency, cost-efficiency, and high throughput.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Quantum AI integration.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and CI/CD pipelines for AI.
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, statistics, and calculus.
- Experience in mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews.
