Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Solutions: Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and large language models (LLMs) tailored for the 2026 enterprise landscape.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the exploration of emerging AI paradigms, including Reinforcement Learning and Neural Symbolic AI, to stay ahead of the curve.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer high-performance inference engines capable of handling real-time data streams with sub-millisecond latency.
- Model Governance: Implement rigorous ethical AI frameworks and data governance policies to ensure transparency and fairness in our algorithms.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a specialized focus on Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve complex mathematical and algorithmic problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
