- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists and industry analysts

Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight consulting or corporate innovation
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures research journals
- Expertise in quantitative trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
