- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present futuristic insights to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks aligned with ESG principles
- Mentor junior innovators through the Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Blue Ocean, Lean Startup)
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
