Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual Futurescape Reports mapping technological, societal, and economic trajectories through 2030
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite clients navigating AI, quantum computing, and biotech disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping solutions for climate resilience and ethical AI governance
- Establish global foresight networks with academic institutions, government labs, and emerging tech startups
- Translate complex trend analyses into actionable roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Present strategic insights at World Economic Forum summits and industry disruptor conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis across tech, climate, and socio-economic domains
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier publications
- Deep proficiency with foresight methodologies including Delphi technique, causal layered analysis, and systems modeling
- Track record of commercializing futuristic concepts with Fortune 500 clients
- Fluency in emerging tech ecosystems (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3 infrastructure)
- Exceptional storytelling capabilities for converting complex scenarios into stakeholder narratives
