Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation strategies aligned with 2026 technological and societal trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruptors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry pioneers
- Monitor horizon-scanning methodologies and predictive analytics
- Document and communicate future scenarios to internal teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) preferred
