Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy for the night operations team.
- Monitor and analyze real-time data streams to identify anomalies or errors.
- Support the night lead in generating daily operational reports and logs.
- Maintain and update internal databases and documentation systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues within the assigned shift.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associateās or Bachelorās degree program in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote or hybrid support.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
