Responsibilities
- Execute daily data entry tasks with a focus on speed and 100% accuracy.
- Monitor incoming data streams and perform preliminary quality assurance checks.
- Assist in the organization and digitization of physical records and documents.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to resolve urgent data discrepancies.
- Update and maintain client databases using internal CRM systems.
- Generate weekly performance reports and operational summaries.
- Ensure compliance with all company security and safety protocols during night operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School diploma or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Summer/Fall 2024 intake).
- Strong typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Basic understanding of data management principles and computer operations.
- Must reside within the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area or be willing to commute.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote or hybrid tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
