Responsibilities
- Execute daily data entry tasks with 99% accuracy.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system alerts during the night shift.
- Assist the senior team in generating nightly operational reports.
- Perform quality assurance checks on incoming data streams.
- Collaborate with remote team members via secure communication channels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Update database records and assist with inventory management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field).
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software operations.
- Reliable transportation (required if parking is limited at site).
