Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily data entry and processing tasks for the night operations team.
- Monitor and respond to internal communications and customer inquiries during the evening shift.
- Support the quality assurance process by reviewing data accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with senior staff to understand business workflows and operational goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to enhance skill sets.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of data management principles is a plus.
