Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 operations center during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and system monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project deliverables
- Document processes and create technical documentation
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team huddles
- Identify and troubleshoot operational inefficiencies
- Shadow senior engineers on system upgrades and deployments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Ability to work overnight shifts (Sunday - Thursday)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Must arrange academic credit approval with your institution
- Valid driver's license (for occasional site visits)
