Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during night shift hours.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
- Accurately enter and update customer data into our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless shift handovers and issue resolution.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and training sessions to improve service quality.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company policies at all times.
- Identify recurring issues and escalate them to the senior management team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Undergraduate or Graduate).
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with weekend availability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid US work authorization.
