Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to high-volume customer inquiries and support tickets during night shifts.
- Analyze operational data and report discrepancies to the shift lead in real-time.
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of digital records and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline night-time workflows.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and weekly training sessions on industry trends.
- Support the resolution of complex technical issues under direct supervision.
- Ensure strict adherence to company protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 required.
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) on a flexible schedule.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
