Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical inquiries via chat, email, and phone during evening shifts.
- Log and track technical issues in the internal knowledge base systems.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Participate in weekly training sessions on new software and protocols.
- Provide feedback on common user pain points to improve product features.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma program or pursuing a Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree (Students Welcome).
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is required for remote or hybrid setup.
