Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming data entries with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email during night shift hours.
- Assist in maintaining and updating internal databases and records.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies or issues to the senior team.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the night operations team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma, associate, or bachelor’s degree program.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of data entry and customer service principles is a plus.
