Responsibilities
- Assist with patient admission/discharge documentation processes
- Support inventory management for medical supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with nursing staff on patient care logistics
- Monitor and maintain departmental compliance records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Operate electronic health record systems (EHR)
- Respond to after-hours administrative inquiries
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited healthcare/medical program
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7PM-7AM)
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Valid CPR certification preferred
