Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support during night shifts, including patient registration, file management, and appointment scheduling
- Assist with patient intake processes and triage under supervision
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Support community outreach initiatives and health education programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless night operations
- Participate in weekly professional development sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing healthcare, social work, or related field
- Availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
