Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time data streams and system logs during the night shift to ensure operational continuity.
- Perform high-volume data entry and verification tasks with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Assist in the generation and formatting of daily operational reports for the morning shift leadership team.
- Collaborate with the logistics and support teams to troubleshoot minor technical issues and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety and compliance protocols.
- Support the implementation of new software tools and internal process improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field.
- Availability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
