Apex Digital Solutions is currently accepting applications for our Summer/Fall Weekend Internship program in Austin, Texas. This is a unique opportunity to work part-time on weekends while completing your degree, gaining valuable corporate experience in a fast-paced setting.
Our Weekend Operations team plays a critical role in maintaining our client relationships and ensuring smooth daily workflows. As an intern, you will work closely with senior management to support key initiatives and contribute to our weekend success.
Responsibilities
- Support daily weekend operations and assist in managing client inquiries and support tickets.
- Conduct preliminary data analysis and prepare weekly performance reports for the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication during weekend shifts.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of digital archives and project documentation.
- Participate in weekend strategy meetings and contribute innovative ideas for process improvement.
- Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with CRM software.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
