Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze daily operational logs and system performance metrics.
- Assist in the accurate and timely entry of complex datasets into our database systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve evening operational issues efficiently.
- Conduct routine security checks and ensure strict compliance with company protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to support team productivity.
- Perform basic technical troubleshooting and hardware diagnostics as needed.
- Document daily activities and prepare comprehensive reports for the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School Diploma program or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
- Willingness and availability to work night shift schedules (evenings/overnights).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software operations.
- A valid US work authorization and proof of identity.
